Holocaust Museum Houston, Morgan Family Center opened its doors in 1996 with the goal of honoring the survivors’ legacy and teaching the dangers of hatred, prejudice and apathy. In 2019, after a two-year expansion, the Museum more than doubled in size to become the nation’s fourth-largest Holocaust museum and the first to be fully bilingual in English and Spanish. The Museum has served more than 6.5 million students, welcomed more than 2.8 million visitors and trained more than 40,000 educators.
